Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return any item within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return shipping is completely free. We provide a prepaid return label so you can send items back at no cost.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds are credited to your original payment method.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as opened gel lamps or used application tools may not be eligible for return. Full details are listed on product pages where applicable.

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of us receiving your return, please check with your bank or card issuer first. If the issue persists, contact support@opibeauty.com and we will investigate immediately.
